Other enterprises and institutions.

The history of the enterprise dates back to September 1943, during the liberation of the city of Kramatorsk from Nazi occupation. The enterprise was created on the basis of a team of designers who arrived in the city at that time to restore the city’s enterprises. The residents of Kramatorsk, as well as the whole country, were faced with the task of restoring industry, housing stock, the infrastructure of their native city and nearby cities. Of paramount importance was the restoration of industrial potential, heavy engineering plants, the basis of production for the front.

       Further, the team of designers was renamed into a specialized department and later – the Kharkov branch of the Ukrgiprotyazhmash Institute, which was a link in the USSR Mintyazhmash system. In terms of the rate of commissioning of industrial facilities of group A, the state occupied a leading position in the world.
       History of the Institute:
until 1987 – Kramatorsk branch of the Institute “Ukrgiprotyazhmash”;
1991 – Institute “Kramgiprotyazhmash”;
1996 – Open Joint Stock Company “Krammashproekt”;
2009 – Public Joint Stock Company “Krammashproekt”;
2010 – Limited Liability Company “Krammashproekt”.
    The Institute increased the number of designers as the construction of Donbass developed. During these years of industrial growth, the institute was a designer of factories for the production of equipment for heavy engineering, the coal industry, the chemical industry, and special equipment.
